Amendment, any changes to your reservation must be made through our office no less than�3 business days prior to booking date.
This advance payment cannot be trasferable to other persons.
All amendments will incur a fee of 200 Thai Baht.
Amendments are only effective when�confirmed by email only .
If the amendment results in a refund of payment , a handling fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 7% of the total value.
BangkokDentalHospital will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.

For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices by e-mail will be accepted.

The refund will be made through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase.
Additionally, although BangkokDentalHospital.com will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 4 to 6 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice.
